Email Communications Summary - Destinations Tab
The Destinations tab on the Report Results panel on the Email Communications Summary screen is used to view the number of times customers clicked links in Email messages for different interaction groups.

To access the Destinations tab, select the Destinations tab on the Report Results panel on the Email Communications Summary screen. |
The Clicked Links panel is used to review the number of clicks and interactions for different links in Email messages.
The Clicked Links graph displays the number of times different links in Email messages were clicked by customers. In addition, the number of customers who clicked links in Email messages displays. Hover the mouse cursor over a bar on the graph to display a tooltip with the total number of clicks and the number of unique clicks for the corresponding link.
The following items are available on the Clicked Links panel.
Clicked Links: The name of the link in the Email messages displays.
Total Clicks: The number of times the corresponding link was clicked by customers displays.
Unique Clicks:
Interactions: The number of customer interactions associated with the link clicked in the Email messages displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.
The Interaction Group panel is used to review the total number of links clicked and the total number of customers who clicked the links for different customer interactions. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.
The Active Interactions graph displays the number of times links in Email messages were clicked by customers. In addition, the number of customers who clicked links for each interaction group displays. Hover the mouse cursor over a bar on the graph to display a tooltip with the total number of clicks and the number of customers who clicked links for the corresponding interaction group.

Interaction Group: The type of customer interaction associated with the
Total Delivered: The number of Email messages received by customers during the entered date range displays.
Total Clicks: The number of times customers clicked links in Email messages for the corresponding interaction group displays.
Unique Clicks:
Engaged Customers: (Link) The number of customers who clicked links in an Email message
